Pizza Dough

 

Ingredients

1 package yeast

1 cup warm water

2 ¼ cups flour (we use wheat or white wheat flour to make it healthier)

2 tbsp oil

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp salt

 

Directions:

1)     Dissolve the yeast in warm water and stir until dissolved

2)     Mix in the rest of the ingredients

3)     Knead or stir for 20 strokes

4)     Cover the dough and let rise for 10 min in a warm place

5)     Roll out the dough (spray pizza sheet first)

6)     Add whatever toppings you like!

7)     Heat oven to 425 degrees (500 degrees for crispy crust)

8)     Cook for approximately 15 minutes
