My sister Karey tried out this concoction and emailed it to me:

 Hot Fudge Sauce

I melted half a bar of 70% cocoa chocolate bar with 1 tablespoon butter (I used real butter because one tbsp for the whole thing isn't much, but you could substitute with light). Once melted, add 1/8 to 1/4 cup Splenda to taste (I just poured in a little at a time until it wasn't too bitter but also not too sweet), 1/4 milk (I just played it by ear, but basically you just keep adding milk until it's not too thick, since it will thicken as it sits). Get this to a boil while stirring constantly for a couple minutes. Turn down heat and add dash of salt and 1/2 tsp. vanilla. It might not taste completely normal when just eating it with a spoon (although it still tastes pretty darn good and, yes, I did have a couple spoonfuls) but when you put it over ice cream, it's amazing! To me it tastes like I'm having a hot fudge sundae at mom's!
