Chicken and Steak Stir-fry

 

Chicken breast

Sirloin steak

Assorted vegetables (I use broccoli, mushroom, onions, peppers, squash, zucchini)

Soy sauce

Brown rice

 

Cook chicken breast and steak and cut in pieces. Cook vegetables in olive oil (or pam spray) (and I usually steam broccoli and add it later). Combine vegetables and meat and add soy sauce. Cook brown rice and put stir-fry over rice (brown rice is allowed [white rice is off limits] but they still say you shouldn’t have too much of it, so I go heavy on the veggies and light on the rice, maybe ½ cup to one cup)
